Job Title - Graphic / UI / UX Designer

Location - Bhopal (M.P.)

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Conceptualization and Ideation: Brainstorming and developing visual concepts and ideas that align with project objectives, brand identity, or client specifications.

2. Visual Design Creation: Designing and producing various visual materials such as logos, illustrations, layouts, and graphics for print, digital media, advertising, websites, and other platforms.

3.Typography:Selecting and manipulating fonts and typography to enhance the overall design, readability, and aesthetic appeal.

4.Color Theory:Understanding color psychology and utilizing it effectively to evoke emotions, convey messages, and create visually appealing designs.

5.Software Proficiency: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools necessary for creating and editing visual content.

6.Understanding of Design Principles: Applying design principles like balance, contrast, alignment, proximity, and repetition to create visually compelling and effective designs.

7.Client Communication:Collaborating with clients or stakeholders to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback to refine designs accordingly.

8.Print and Digital Production:Knowledge of print production processes and specifications, as well as understanding digital design requirements for various platforms and devices.

9.Brand Identity Development: Creating or adhering to existing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials and maintaining brand identity integrity.

10.Adaptability and Creativity: Ability to adapt to different design styles, trends, and client preferences while bringing creativity and innovation to projects.

11.Time Management and Organization: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and organizing files and resources effectively.

12.Presentation Skills: Presenting design concepts, rationale, and solutions to clients or team members effectively, whether in person or through visual presentations.

13.User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design: Understanding user needs and designing interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.

14.Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other designers, illustrators, copywriters, and professionals from different departments to achieve project goals.
