Job Requirements : UI/UX Designer Intern
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design into overall user experience
- Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and analytics
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Advocate for the user by designing elegant, simple, and intuitive user interfaces
- Contribute to the development of design patterns and style guides
- Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and technical constraints
- Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and workshops
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
